SkillSync turns coach observation into a living developmental record — physical, technical and character — and connects that record to what the child should train next.

Three failures we built against
Talent is spotted, not developed
Children are chosen for what they can already do. The ones who would grow with the right input are never seen.
Nothing survives the transfer
Attendance in a book, results in a WhatsApp group, observation in a coach's head. Change academy and the history is gone.
Assessment stops at a number
A score tells a parent where their child ranks. It does not tell a coach what to do on Tuesday evening.
A profile, not a score
Six domains, three signal levels. The scale borrows the academy's own hierarchy — silver, red, gold — so a child, a parent and a coach all read it the same way.

SkillSync was presented at an international sports innovation platform before it was submitted to DEA 2026. The concept has been examined outside our own room.
The pilot runs at Wira ISMAC Sports Academy across silat, striking and general athletic development. Every screen in this prototype is driven by the structure we use with real participants there.
One academy, many disciplines, one developmental record. SkillSync was built sport-agnostic from the first line.

Twelve observations a coach or parent can answer honestly in about three minutes, for one child aged 7–17. Nothing here asks you to compare them to anyone else.

Digital Wira Passport
A portable development record. When a child changes academy or school, the history moves with the child — subject to guardian permission and published governance.
This is the piece we believe matters most at national scale. A child's developmental history currently ends every time an institution changes.

From childhood participation to lifelong potential
SkillSync is not a search for elite athletes. Most children in a sports programme will not turn professional — and the system currently treats that as failure. It is not.
The pathway we build toward
A child who is disciplined, coachable and good with people has a future in sport even without a medal. SkillSync makes that visible early enough to matter.
Child data governance
We hold developmental records about children. That obliges us before it enables us.
